Trade Margin Nagykereskedelmi Kft. is a Budapest-based wholesale company working with three complementary product pillars: coffee, clothing & shoes, and cosmetic additives & perfumes. We buy in bulk, consolidate volumes from selected suppliers and distribute them further to B2B partners across Europe.
Our role is to stand between production and retail: we speak the language of manufacturers, but at the same time understand how cafés, fashion stores and beauty studios think about assortment, margins and logistics. Every line is developed so that it can be scaled step by step — from test order to stable, long-term supply.
This is a design concept. All wording, numbers and product examples can be updated when final contracts, product lists and volumes are confirmed.
The strongest and most developed direction of Trade Margin: stable volumes, predictable quality and formats tailored to HoReCa and retail shelves.
We focus on whole-bean and ground coffee, espresso blends and filter options. Instead of an overloaded catalogue we keep a compact portfolio that is easy to work with for cafés, restaurants and retailers.
For long-term partners we work on stable roasting profiles, predictable supply and clear price corridors so that you can plan assortment and margins several seasons ahead.
Apparel and footwear that fit the same audience as our coffee: relaxed, urban, comfortable styles that can be scaled for retail programs and corporate clients.
The clothing & shoes direction is built around ready-to-wear basics, seasonal capsules and everyday footwear. We focus on pieces that are intuitive for the buyer and simple for visual merchandising: T-shirts, sweatshirts, knitwear, dresses, loungewear, outerwear, soft accessories and casual shoes.
For each partner we can assemble a program with a clear logic of sizes and colours. This helps retail and distribution partners simplify replenishment and forecasting while still covering their target audience.
Together with you we can build drops that support brand stories: coffee-inspired colour ranges, uniforms for staff or collections created as part of larger marketing campaigns.
A growing direction that connects beauty and lifestyle: cosmetic raw materials, functional additives and perfume SKUs for brands, studios and concept stores.
We combine cosmetic bases, functional additives, fragrance compositions and finished perfume products in one compact portfolio. The task is to give partners tools for building their own products or exclusive gift lines without turning every project into a complex R&D story.
Some clients use the beauty line as an additional revenue stream — for example, cafés and fashion stores that introduce home fragrances, candles or small cosmetic items that echo their main concept. Others are specialised beauty professionals who look for stable suppliers of specific ingredients.
For projects with strong branding we can help with fragrance zoning: sets of scents that match the mood of specific interiors, coffee blends or clothing drops, creating one coherent experience for the customer.
We try to keep the process simple and transparent. Behind four short steps there is a lot of work with suppliers, documents and logistics, but for you everything looks clear and predictable.
You briefly describe your business, locations, current assortment and which product lines you are interested in – coffee, clothing & shoes, beauty, or a mix of them.
At this stage we do not need long presentations; even a simple list of needs and approximate volumes is enough to start working.
We prepare a commercial offer with product groups, formats, price levels and minimum order quantities that match your format and target margins.
For multi-category projects we can show how coffee, clothing & shoes and beauty can support one another in a single concept.
Together we agree on delivery routes, schedules, Incoterms, payment terms, required certificates and all contractual clauses.
We can work with trial shipments first and then move to regular deliveries to reduce risks and test demand.
After the first shipments we move to planned deliveries, seasonal planning and, when it makes sense, expansion of categories and formats.
The goal is to build a long-term relationship where both sides clearly understand expectations and growth potential.
Trade Margin is focused on large-scale B2B clients across Europe: retail chains, distributors, importers and operators who need stable volume supply.
We are oriented towards customers who work with significant volumes and long-term planning. This includes regional and national distributors, retail groups, horeca operators and e-commerce platforms that require predictable quality and regular replenishment.
With each partner we try to build not just a price list, but a coherent offer: which coffee blends should become anchors, which clothing programs will support your positioning, and which non-food items can strengthen your assortment.
At the concept-development stage we can share ideas, help structure the first product matrix and adapt it to the realities of your market and logistics model.
Use the floating message bubble in the bottom-right corner for a quick inquiry, or contact us directly via e-mail or WhatsApp. We will reply with clarifying questions and a first idea of how we can work together.
When writing to us, it is helpful if you can mention: your company type, country, whether you already work with coffee, clothing & shoes or beauty, and what volumes or time frame you are considering. This allows us to prepare a more accurate first response instead of generic information.
If you are an existing supplier interested in cooperation on the purchasing side, you can also use the form and briefly describe your products and production capacities — the request will be forwarded to the person responsible for sourcing.
